Commissions are on a first-come, first served basis.

Personal use only (ie. wallpaper, icon, pfp, personal prints, etc.), do not use commission for commercial purposes such as using it to make a profit.

Using my art for any AI purposes, or making/selling my artwork as NFTs is strictly prohibited.

Commissions can take between 1 week to 1 month depending on the commission unless otherwise specified – I will contact if commission is taking longer than specified, please respect my time.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

If you wish to keep your commission private/not posted publicly online, please let me know beforehand, otherwise I have the right to post the commission.

You may post the commission to your social media(s) as long as I am credited.

All commission exchanges will be done through email only.

You are free to contact me through email ([email protected]) or Instagram DMs (@/yvfoiieee_) for any inquiries regarding your commission (please include your email if you are DMing me about your commission), or commission details in general.

I will send an initial sketch + flat colouring file during the sketch phase. Feel free to make any changes during this time. After the final piece is finished, I will not take any change requests.

Final commissions will be sent in high resolution through email.

All payments will be made through PayPal invoices.

Refunds will only be allowed only if I have not started your commission (aka before I’ve sent an initial sketch of your commission). Otherwise, a refund will not be given.

Payment must be paid in full before I begin. I can not start your commission without payment.

Reference photos for original characters, real life family, friends, and people are required.

You don’t need to provide references for TV show, movie, anime, video game, etc. characters (you can but it is not required) because I can just search them up.

Specific poses, clothes, expressions, etc. also require reference photos. Please send all necessary references after I have confirmed your commission. Your commission can be delayed if I do not quickly receive your references.
